Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days after receiving it, without giving a reason. If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, the period starts on the day after you receive the last shipment.

How to withdraw

Before the period expires, notify us of your withdrawal through an unambiguous statement sent to:

You may use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page, but you are not required to do so.

Returning an order

Send the goods back no later than 14 days after notifying us. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, except where the item is defective or was delivered incorrectly.

You may handle a product only as far as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be liable for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary. This does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

Exception for sealed beauty and personal-care products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to cosmetics, make-up, personal-care products or food supplements that were sealed after delivery and whose seal has been broken, where returning them is unsuitable for health-protection or hygiene reasons. Sealed products that remain unopened may be returned within the withdrawal period.

Refund

We will reimburse all payments received, including the least expensive standard delivery option, no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal. We may wait until we have received the goods back or until you provide proof of shipment. Any surcharge for a more expensive delivery option is not reimbursed.

Statutory guarantee

The statutory two-year guarantee remains fully applicable to lack of conformity. Report a defect as soon as possible via info@albra.be with your order number and a description. In the case of a defective or incorrectly delivered item, we bear the reasonable costs of the remedy.
