<h2>Returns and refunds</h2>
<p>You may request a return within 14 days after delivery, without giving a reason, where the statutory right of withdrawal applies.</p>
<p>To request a return, contact <a href="mailto:info@albra.be">info@albra.be</a> before sending anything back. Please include your order number and the product concerned.</p>
<p>Products must be unused and returned in their original, undamaged packaging. For hygiene reasons, sealed cosmetic products cannot be returned after the seal has been broken, where the legal exception applies.</p>
<p>Unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will refund the eligible purchase after the returned item has been received or you provide proof of return, using the original payment method.</p>
<p>Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.</p>
